Pace Calculator
The Pace Calculator helps runners and walkers find their pace, predict a finish time, or estimate distance covered, based on any two of the three: distance, time, and pace.

How pace, time, and distance relate
Pace = Time / Distance
Time = Pace × Distance
Distance = Time / Pace
Example: Running 5 miles in 45 minutes gives a pace of 9:00 per mile. At that same pace, a 10K (6.2 miles) would take about 55:48.
Common race distances
5K = 3.1 miles, 10K = 6.2 miles, half marathon = 13.1 miles, marathon = 26.2 miles. Use this calculator to set a goal pace for race day or convert your training pace between miles and kilometers. Pair it with our Calorie Calculator to estimate energy burned during your run.
